AI Social Poster helps customers create, schedule and manage social media publishing workflows.

Information we may collect

• Account information such as name and email address.
• Workspace information such as connected channel status and publishing preferences.
• Content drafts, captions, tags and publishing queue metadata.
• Usage data such as plan limits, credits and API activity.

Connected accounts

When customers connect social platforms, AI Social Poster should store only the data required to provide publishing services. Provider tokens must be encrypted and never shown back to the user.

AI processing

Customer content may be processed by selected AI providers to generate descriptions, tags, rewrites and drafts. AI provider usage must follow customer settings and credit limits.

Data deletion

Customers can request deletion of account data and connected provider data through the data deletion page.
