Data Deletion Instructions
Customers should be able to request deletion of account data, connected account metadata and publishing data.
How to request deletion
Send a request through the contact page or future in-app account settings. Include the email address used for the account.
Connected provider data
When a customer disconnects a provider, encrypted token references should be removed or invalidated, and the UI should show disconnected status.
Deletion scope
Deletion may include user profile, workspace data, connected account metadata, queued drafts and stored publishing assets, subject to legal and security retention requirements.
