API autoposting usage stays transparent

The current preview contract shows a $5 top-up as +125 API autopostings. The API autoposting equivalent is $0.04 per API autoposting/publication.

Precheck before queueing

AI agents should run a usage/credits precheck before creating a queue job. Payment provider calls and credit charging remain disabled until owner approval.
